Recipe Cheesy Mashed Taters

Serves approximately 6
Cook Time: 25 Minutes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Ingredients
6 Medium sized potatoes (or 2.5 pounds of your favorites potatoe(s) from Gama Farms)
2 Crushed garlic cloves (Gama Farms)
4 Tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of sour cream (or cream cheese)
2-4 hand fulls of grated Winchester Gouda cheese

Directions
Wash, dry and quarter potatoes. Boil potatoes with salt and garlic until potatoes are soft enough to smash with a fork. (Approximately 10 minutes).
Drain the potatoes. Place them back int eh pot, and over low heat, add butter. Continuously mash and stir potatoes. Add in sour cream (or cream cheese), salt to taste and half of the cheese. Remove from heat and add the rest of the cheese on top.

*Optional
Spoon mashed potatoes into a buttered baking dish. Place in the oven until cheese is melted. Approximately 10 minutes.
